Impersonating someone will soon be a crime in California

I dont see how the state of california is going to enforce this new law if the person lives out of state or country.

We have the worse legislature in ca (approval rating of 10%) so im sure they will somehow find a way to enforce it.

It would be revenue for the greedy state of ca.
